Sight Words

Kindergarten students learn 120 sight words. These are words they should learn and know automatically. We begin introducing the words right away. Students will learn 1 to 4 sight words each week. Each week the students will be tested on that weeks sight words. Students must identify each word and spell the word correctly. These words should be known by heart and will help your child become a fluent reader.
